New project: Union sur le Parc
We are pleased to announce the signing of a new project in Montréal. It consists of a condominium rental building located in the Shaughnessy Village, recently renamed « les Grands Jardins ».
Union sur le Parc is a 19-storey building with 3 levels of garage, including 188 condo units in the 1st phase and an equal number for the 2nd phase. We will execute both phases of this project! The beginning of the work is scheduled this winter.
