The Unity Committee was set up to ensure that every member of the Synergy family feels fully represented within our company.
With a team of five passionate members and chaired by Wendake community member and strategy and sustainability analyst Jordan Lavallée, along with our CEO Isabelle Côté, the committee works closely together to realize this vision. Among our members, we also count on the expertise of Annie Robichaud, Vice-President, Legal Affairs, Émilie Fournier, Intercultural Development Officer, and Marylou Lessard, Human Resources Advisor.
