Synergy a finalist in 2 categories

On September 14th was the big virtual unveiling of the 40th edition of the Mercuriades Awards. A total of 77 finalists were presented in 17 distinct categories and we are very pleased to announce that Synergy is a finalist in 2 categories:

Formation et développement de la main-d’œuvre – Grande entreprise

This Mercure rewards an avant-garde strategy in the implementation of innovative practices in human resources management.The Synergy Institute was honored for our new Synergy app and mentoring program. In 2019, the establishment of a team of 55 trainers made it possible to offer internships and work-study balance programs, in addition to adding 10 new training courses.

Femme d’exception, Relève – Grande entreprise

This category honors women by recognizing their commitment. It is our CEO Isabelle Côté who is one of the finalists. She is very proud of the work of the great Synergy team which has enabled the company to become 2nd among the 100 largest construction employers in Quebec.

Small, medium and large companies that shine in their fields and contribute to the diversity of our economy will virtually meet on September 28 for the unveiling of the winners!
