One initiative that has set Synergy apart from its peers for several years is the health and safety break. Every Tuesday morning, before starting their workday, all construction workers watch the same video clip via the Synergy App on a current health and safety topic so that everyone is updated on best practices to adopt regarding health and safety at work.

Their role is to work together to improve working practices on site as well as in our offices.
Each person brings an added value to the company. We ensure that the techniques taught are acquired and applied correctly within the workplace. We offer an accompaniment service that allows employees to have access to all the necessary tools, in order to transmit and convey information in-house with the aim of improving performance and workflows. This training is geared as much for the construction site team as for the administrative staff.
